Does anyone know why the ee app is so slow takes forever to log in and it's nothing to do with signal as it's the same when on WiFi. Thanks

Shockingly slow still even after reinstalled to latest version. Even switching between the main menu (bottom of app screen) takes over a full minute !
Then I get constant message 'Something went wrong and we cannot show you tour remaining data at the moment. We're sorry about this. Please try again in a few minutes'
Well, checking my data is probably the only useful thing I need from the app so for me it's pretty much a waist of install space!

Yes, same problem for me and many others, EE need to get this sorted out along with the poor broadband sevice.
We ware seriously thinking of chaning our provider!

What problems are you having with the broadband?
Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?

Been with EE as far as I can remember, loved the app and use it alot to manage the family accounts i.e. gift data etc. However, the app is really slow now and unusable at times. Keep getting the message "Something went wrong and we cannot show you your remaining data at the moment, Please try again in a few minutes". Takes several attempts and timeouts before I can do what I need to do...
I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache and none this makes any difference at all.
Come on EE, please fix the issue.

It is painfully slow and often I can’t login at all to the parental controls. The app really needs more development to get this right, it’s unusable a lot of the time.
