Since the new update I can't get on the app and I have 3 other sims so I can data share it need sorting ASAP many thanks 🙂

Are you able to log in to your EE account online OK rather than the app?

Why is it since I've done the new update I can't give my family more data and I can't see my bill we need this sorting

Welcome to the community.
Could you try deleting and redownloading the app please? If it still isn't working, could you try the desktop EE site and let me know if you're able to access it there?
