Hi,
I’ve landed in the US. I am travelling for work. I have tried to buy the roaming pass but the app says it’s undergoing maintenance? I’m stuck. Really stuck.
it said ‘we have a problem loading this page’ and now ‘your app is being improved’
please help! I need to get this working now!!

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?
Did you receive a welcome text when you arrived to the United States?
Was roaming activated before leaving the UK? this can be done by texting ROAMING to 150.

If you cannot activate online you'll need to use Skype over wifi and the number in my signature to call EE CS during UK office hours.
