Trying to upgrade, I'm eligible to do so but I keep end up with a page saying "SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE "
This is on both chrome and edge... also on my EE app, I have reload the app and cleared catche on all without success. Please fix so I can upgrade with my app.

@TomW1989 If you have an account issue you’ll have to call customer services to report it. How can someone fix something if they don’t know you have an issue plus the fact this is a public forum and no one here knows who you are and there is no account access from here.
