Did you mean:

Return of router

When my broadband broke down I called your awful company that was put through to somebody that could not speak English, this lady wasted my time for nearly 20 minutes because she could not speak English, you employ people that cannot speak English. Eventually I put the phone down and had delivered to me a new router I did not ask for it. Now you want me at the age of 70 to find a way of getting it to a post office and having it sent back to you. This is quite disgraceful, and I invite you to come to my home and collect it I am not going to waste more of my precious time and money assisting your company which is so dysfunctional!

I am quite happy to take you to court over this as I have the time and money and I am a qualified solicitor. I am sick to death of your stupidity as a company.

I tried to phone this morning and was told there was a 40 minute wait, incredible because you are one of the largest telecommunications companies in England and yet you don't know how to communicate, especially as the fact is you employ people that can't speak the mother tongue of the country in question. Which clearly means that the people that run your company are dimwitted

Hi @BernardDodd

I'm disappointed to hear that there has been some confusion with the new router that has been sent out.
All EE customer calls are answered directly in the UK and Ireland. I can only apologise if you've struggled when speaking with our team over the phone, and for any potential wait times when calling.

I can see @JimM11 has linked above how to return your router, and this will show all of the available options on how to do this.

If you remain unhappy with the process we have in place, I'd suggest looking at options on how to make a complaint.

Linzi

@Linzi_H Thanks for that, way more diplomatic than i was.👍

@JimM11  It’s the

“ Now you want me at the age of 70 to find a way of getting it to a post office and having it sent back to you.“

and

“This is quite disgraceful, and I invite you to come to my home and collect it I am not going to waste more of my precious time and money assisting your company which is so dysfunctional!”

 And then

“I am quite happy to take you to court over this as I have the time and money and I am a qualified solicitor. I am sick to death of your stupidity as a company.”

Doesn’t have time for a post office return and makes out it’s a burden but does have the time to go to court, an even greater burden.

As for this

“I tried to phone this morning and was told there was a 40 minute wait, incredible because you are one of the largest telecommunications companies in England and yet you don't know how to communicate”

more customers obviously than customer support agents so waiting is going to be inevitable.   lol.
