I'm stuck on step 3. It always shows ”Add your online accounts. Manage all your EE online accounts in one place.“
I chose ”EE community“ and complete the details, but my account wasn't registered. What should I do?

You have created a community account as you have been able to post.
Do you have an EE account already with a pay monthly or pay as you go device/SIM?

What are you actually trying to do? Buy something? What?
