Recovering phone call history

Ebonypitt
Visitor

Hi!

I am in desperate need of recovering a phone call from my phone (the date, time and number that called) but I deleted it from my iPhone call history.

Is there a way to recover this, please? I saw someone said to go through your carrier but I can’t find it.

Thank you!

@Ebonypitt  only if you had itemised billing in place at the time of this call.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Even if you had Itemised Billing at the time it would give you no record of incoming calls.

My previous provider, Vodafone, showed what numbers I called, date, time and duration and total number of calls and total minutes used; also SMS dates and times; also mobile data amounts of data, dates, times, duration, and total data used. This was on the Vodafone desktop website and freely downloadable. I understand EE would charge £2.50 a month to show me my data. I am not happy with this.

Yes, that the charge for Itemised Billing but it isn't retrospective & it wouldn't include data or incoming calls & texts.

Hmm, not good, Vodafone shows data and texts, though not incoming calls or texts.  Are EE allowed to charge me for my data info under GDPR?

@Gerard222  To get your SAR information you can not be charged for this.  But you could be charged for the admin work to gather this information.  EE also have upto 30 days to provide this information for you.    Please see THIS      Your SAR doesn’t include incoming calls/texts.

EE shows you your data usage not what you’ve use that data on.   Not sure why anyone needs to know what data is used on it’s just used data.    Plus the fact your device shows this information

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

A SAR should be free but could take 1 month or 3. It will show no more than Itemised Billing would have had you got it.
