Recent upgrade

I have done an early upgrade on a upgrade ,anytime plan , I upgraded from s22 ultra to s23 ultra for £100 and send back the s22 ultra , but I have decided to keep the s22 ultra as a backup phone and just pay the extra charge . It says on the email that if I don't return it by 2nd june there will be a charge of £0 on my next bill  , does this mean I won't have to pay any extra for not returning the device

Great news your trade in returns pack is on its way, that’s if you haven’t already received it. Don’t forget to get your old device ready by backing up your data and completing a factory reset. Remember, if you have an Apple Device you’ll need to disable Find My iPhone to clear your old device’s data before sending it to us.

If we don’t receive the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 128GB by June 02, 2023, any trade in discount applied will expire and a charge of £0 will be added onto your next bill. This will appear as “Non Trade In charge”.

 

PACKING & RETURNS

Please do not return the old device to an EE Store, you will receive a Returns Pack in the post with clear instructions and posting information, ensure you package your old device carefully in the Returns Pack, this is a white padded envelope, please take this into the post office where you will receive a postal reference.
