I recently had a cause to contact EE in regard to a mobile problem It really all acme down to my lack of knowledge. The man I spoke to on a landline was most helpful and spent a lot of time sorting out my problem. I was promised a new sim within 3/5 working days. It arrived the next day!  I call all that good service. Praise where it's due.

I can't get my account on the web. It comes up zero for any payments although I can still use the phone and have topped up several times. I get confirmation emails. Also, for some reason I can't download the app on my computer. Any suggestions?
