Welcome to EE - I had the same thing. This is a very difficult company to deal with. They are almost impossible to get hold off. EE does simply not know what customer service is.

So true. Relatively new customer, but customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I'll be leaving as soon as I find a suitable alternative.
