To Chris B EE customer service: This is not the truth, one year on and I am having the same problems. EE have not listened to their paying customers they have not sorted anything, it’s an horrendous service horrendous

@ Katie B, why are you asking customers to call why can’t we sort it on on the website where we will not be hassled by sales talk, after all that’s what company websites are for

It is also happening to me and I will not call 150 it’s too stressful
