Since the recent upgrade to the App, one of the four numbers on my account doesn’t appear in the list for data gifting. I tried it on the website and it worked. But the app ignores one of the numbers. I normally do this gifting operation every month. Can you help?

Thanks I logged out and back in again and set up the app from scratch. This seems to have resolved the issue.

I have found in recent weeks, similar behaviour with one of my lines - it's usually resolved by refreshing back & forth between tabs in the app. Occasionally the app needs restarting a couple of times.
