You can report this by calling 07953 966 250 from any phone or by visiting your local EE Store.

Hi I bought a Sim only card I want to add credit to the card to get it going and get the advertised offer on the pack can you help

- 2 sims linked to app but only topping up 1 of them! in Pay as you go
- Pack picked in error PAYG (not starting till end of month) in Pay as you go
- Taking advantage of a vulnerable person☹️ in Contracts & Billing
- No data available at beginning of month in EE app and website
