I’ve tried texting AL to 150 and that shows an incorrect balance of data but at least it did show I had data unlike the new app which shows zero. I have deleted app reset phone restarted and everything else suggested. I have even contacted EE who said they had adjusted my account settings and everything should be fine they was two days ago. It’s a shame as the old app worked well and was clear and easy to use
If anyone else has got suggestions to remedy this problem it would be appreciated

Have you changed your plan recently?
What data allowance is showing when you text 150? should you have more data than the reply shows?
