I've got this exact same issue. Can't login to the app or the website. This is for personal. So I can't share data, can't look at my bills, can't enable roaming etc etc. Something seems very wrong with the backend of the EE system.

Unsure if you are a chatbot. But PLEASE stop fobbing of good customers who have spent hours trying to access the app for their business. We all know since BT Merger this has NOT been a priority. The only reason I stay is our business manager. But to say “they are working round the clock to rectify” is crazy. What for past 2 years ?? GET IT SORTED EE OR AT LEAST PROVIDE A BASIC WORKAROUND. I think thousand of business owners are due truthful answers and compensation. Shame on you treating customers as if they are idiots. Watchdog next I think !!
