My profile is broken I think

Whenever I try to pay off my outstanding bill, it says the website can't load on my phone and on Pc, it puts me on options of my 2nd (older) sim. I tried to pay it 2 weeks ago and it was broken and I believe it happened to me in the past so I'm fully convinced there's something wrong with my entire account. I don't want to make calls to sort this, this should be a simple web service. The bank account i have registered on this account is the one I'm paying with so basically I just want it to retry paying but I don't know why it's so complicated and why the web interface surrounding all the issues I have had with it in the past still haven't been fixed. I doubt I'm the only one experiencing this, racking up debt..

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card to avoid the EE a/c site & app. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
