Whats the point of putting your ID on the app, if you can't view "sensitive content", pointles !

@Angryman1234   It just means you as the account holder has proven ID ( a child can not get a contract but can get PAYG ) it doesn’t mean the device in question wasn’t given to a child.    You’re not getting a child going to a store with photo ID or using a credit card.

@Angryman1234 , if you want to remove content lock on your account number on pay as you go, you need to ring customer service with a credit/debit card and make a refundable amount to remove it.
