Hello,
I just tried to change my address on the app and website … there’s no option to do so. And in the help section, under the heading to change address, there’s the steps to change preferred name instead.
Please fix this EE

Welcome to the community.
Please follow these steps in the EE app to update your address:
Plans & subscriptions > Mobile > Scroll down to Settings and select 'Check settings' > Scroll down to the very bottom and select 'Change billing address'.
