Same problem - I can't link my new pay monthly sim to My EE. Each time I try I receive an error message.

Have you had a My EE account previously and trying to add a new number to the account, or is this the first time you are registering?

In this case, to register a new number we would need to remove the previous details we have registered to do this for a pay monthly account please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
Once this is completed you can register for a new account 🙂

Having the same issue - brand new pay as you go sim card with a brand new profile and I can’t link it in the app.
Can someone from customer support help to solve the issue?

I’m having same issue brand new sim and account and won’t let me link the sim to the account. Very frustrating.

Hi @Abhamerx
It could be that the SIM needs to be topped up first. If you call 150, the automated service will let you know your balance and pack. Once it's activated you should be able to link it to your account.
