As the other replies on this thread have mentioned, we don't itemise full call details as standard; this is something you would need to opt-in to.
Your bill will always list any calls charged outside of your allowance though, and you can check this out via the dedicated EE app.
Depending on your phone model this should give an extensive call history, too.
