Upgraded phone today.  An unrecognisable number along side mine has appeared on my EE app  account ? Unable to get through to EE  !

I can understand it would be a shock to see another number.

When you select that number in the EE app, does it have a price plan and contract showing?

Do you also see it if you login through the EE website?
