Hi, I was trying to add my device to my ee account so I could top it up digitally. But when i tried to do this, it said my device was already linked to an account. And i do not remember doing this? Can someone please help ?

If your account is already showing as linked, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call. They'll be able to bring up your account and see what it is linked to, and help to get it working for you.

No, I have not. I’ve been with EE for years and it’s never worked and it’s only just now started to annoy me as i want to pay for data on my app but can’t .
