Plans and subscriptions not working

I cant access plans and subscriptions, been like this for ages

help please??

I also get the same issue. I can log in and view bills etc. but when I click on 'Plans and Subscriptions' I get the below page.  I've tried Chrome and Edge, cleared cache etc. Also tried via web browser on my phone but always get the same error. This has been the case for some time (months).

Can you view 'plans and subscriptions' if you log into the EE app?

No. I can't do anything with the App. When I log into it, it says I have to
'Link a product' If I go through that process it finds the account, but
then says it's already linked. Also been the case for months.

i have the exact same issue honestly their website is just awful and the app is completely useless ive been with them for years and ive never had it work its a joke lol

Exact same issues for months and yes I have contacted the team at 150 and I was given the complaint ID as well. They could not even find out whats wrong and obviouslyno fix yet. Still the same frustrating message.  Also not sure in the app I can never get to the plan and subscription page easily.  It takes me lots of clicks to reach there and when you reach you get 'cannot be accessed'. 

What should I do. Why don't they test their apps properly  ??
