There is nowhere on my profile that I can change my address .... can anybody help? preferably someone who works at EE 😉

I am doing this on the website on a laptop ... doesn't matter now .. I managed to speak to a human being on the phone .. all sorted .. thanks.

Welcome to the community. 🙂
If you log into the EE app, select Profile, Settings and Permissions and then right at the bottom you should have the option to Change billing address.

Morning Chris,
There are NO Settings & Permissions tab/buttons ... I only have an edit icon on the information on my profile .. Name / D.O.B / email / Phone number.
My billing address does not appear anywhere on my profile ???

Are you doing this in the EE App, @Will_69?
There should be a profile icon in the top right corner. Once you've clicked that, you should see these menus:

On the EE Online desktop site, you should be able to change the address in the Plans & Subscriptions section.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I am sorry the EE account is showing this error message when trying to change the address. Have you tried using the EE app and the EE account online to change the address?
Do you have the same error showing for both?
