The app is always telling me that there are 2 notifications but there are never any. How do you get rid of the [2] notification? I have searched through the app and there is neither any notification awaiting me nor a way to get rid of this. 😞

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

It’s a known problem for many weeks and the numbers affected aren’t known. I know of no solution or timescale. Many are deleting the app until it functions and some I guess are leaving. It’s a shame.
