I want to pay my bills but my account they close and I want to pay bills and my mobile services also stop, so, could u help me to solve my problem

I’ve got a large amount of debt on my account, due to unforeseen circumstances I can’t pay my bill, this is  effecting my mental health, I need to keep my phone number due to all my important appointments and everything saved on my phone!

could you please turn my contract to pay as you go and I’ll set up a payment plan?

im currently moving out of Temporary accommodation!

and this bill is far to much for me to afford!

as stated in my email I “need” to keep the same mobile number 

your help would be gratefully appreciated

We don't have any access to accounts via this forum, but if you get in touch with our payment support team, they'll be able to make sure we've looked into every available option. 

If you're unable to use your phone at the moment, you can still reach them from another number or a landline on 0800 956 6000, and we'll do all we can.
