Hi
I only really ever use the MyEE app when I am on holiday, mostly for moving data from device to device.
Anyway, I don't have a PIN, because I never set it up. I always used the email/password combo. That option has now been removed in recent months (I guess) because it was there a while back when I last used it.
Problem now is I cannot log into the account (no PIN setup) and the link is gone to use e/pw - so how do I get into the app?
Is that an oversight? Is that option coming back? I keep the app up to date. I've restarted the app, and my phone with no joy...
Please help!

Thanks for coming back here 🙂
Could you try deleting the app and redownloading this from the app/play store, when you first log in you should get the option to enter your email and password, let me know if this works for you?
Speak soon.

Thanks for replying.
It worked... and it did not.
The reinstall allowed me to login with my e/pw but then forced me to set up a PIN before I could proceed. Which means the even greater inconvenience of having to remember another level of security.
Thanks for the help. It's better now than it was before your reply but still worse than it was before my need to post originally.
All the best

Can you log into your app and select Settings > Log in settings > Log in, can you select password?

@Leanne_T : I think you can only use PIN or fingerprint with the app.

Hi @XRaySpeX
I still have three options showing in mine including password. This could be different depending on the device being used though.
Thanks for helping.

@Leanne_T The only option I have there is to change the PIN, there is nothing to allow me to switch back to e/pw login

Hi @Leanne_T @XRaySpeX @FuriousAngel
The thumbprint is just an optional extra set of security which'll need turning on in the device settings menu !
I'm using a Sammy galaxy device. 😊

Thanks for checking for me @FuriousAngel
Sorry I could not resolve this for you to log in with the password.
I appreciate the feedback and will be sure to pass this on.
Leanne.
