  • I use to log in with my passcode, and now each time 8m asked to log in by  email unable to do this, even though i have tried i can't  sign in with my passcode help please

@Wendylaura19  Stop from logging out of the app when your done with it just close it.   The app will than request you sign in with the pin you’ve setup.  When you log out it doesn’t know it’s your account you want to access as it’s only an app on a device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community,

Where are you trying to log in? Is this the new My EE App? Then you will first have to sign in with your email, not sure why you cannot do this, then once you have done this, you will be able to use your passcode.

Tried this, I have to log in each time with my email unable to use my
password
I don't sign out it's only when I want to look at my Account I keep being
asked to log in by email

@Wendylaura19 , yes, when you want to look at your account it does that, same here.
