I frequently sign into the app to transfer data to by daughter's Sims and also when we would like them to limit screen time. I'm constantly frustrated at how often it's unavailable rendering it useless. Anytime after 11pm it seems. I don't want to have to take my children's phones to message 150. I can limit WiFi use but doesn't prevent them from using their mobile data. Why is it being constantly updated but with very little change to functionality?

I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing our app at certain times, we do try and keep any maintenance to a minimum. Do you also have trouble accessing via a browser during those times?

Restricting screen time is best done via the OS itself.
There are limits to what a network operator can do here.

Yes, it's not the app as much as the general portal for account management.

If the OS was efficient at this and a thousand tik tok videos illustrating ways to circumvent the OS parental controls were not available I would agree.

@MiTcHgM Via the EE app you can switch of cellular data for each sim on the account but it can take up to 24 hours ( it’s usually minutes) and it can take up to 24 hours to reactivate once switched back on. ( again usually minutes) So if you do this be prepared as it could take awhile to switch off/on.

Am aware, the point of the post is that this facility is consistently unavailable at night when I need to use it the most.
