I cannot access my code for my SIM card it’s asking for a PUK code

@CHLOE244 You’ve entered the wrong sim pin more than 3 times so it automatically locks the sim. You can get your PUK via your online your online EE account.
If you’ve never changed the sim pin from the default one it is 1111, but first you need to enter your PUK from your online account to unlock the sim.

I’ve tried looking for my puk code and it’s not even on the app or website
