I received a text telling me that my latest bill is available. On checking, I can see the bill, but there is no option to download a .pdf of it.
Is there a problem at the EE end? If I cannot download .pdf files from you, then I need to have a paper copy sent to my home address please.

You should be able to download a PDF of your bill.

Hi Jon, I would have expected a button or link to allow me to do this, but there is no option available. This is why I think that there may be a bug at the EE end.

I've just checked mine and I'm able to download a bill, so this may be account specific.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
