I have an outstanding complaint. My BT Account is not recognised so I cannot look at historical bills.
I was on the ‘Live Chat’ for 4.5 hours and they said they would raise a complaint for me with EE and signed off.
10 minutes later I got a text from EE saying ‘You raised a complaint. If you’re happy that it has been resolved, do nothing.’ But that’s EXACTLY what EE did - NOTHING!
I need someone to sort it out rather than keep bouncing it back to the customer like it’s the customer’s fault.

Have you contacted BT over EE regarding your old bills.
You're better off calling and speaking to BT about old BT bills. There is no account access on these forums.
