Good Morning, I hope you all had a fantastic festive period. I previously downloaded the “My EE” app. Over the festive period I have stopped being able to open the My EE app. When I attempt to open the App I am confronted with the following message “There seems to be a problem…Sorry, we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it doesn’t fully delete the app as when I have deleted the app then re-installing it, it is like it has been kept in the phone’s memory because when I search for the app to re-install it I am confronted with the App I’m looking for with a cloud symbol next to it with an arrow pointing down about halfway across. My apologies for my ignorance for what may be a simple solution. Many thanks

My Christmas was lovely, I hope you had a great Christmas too.
I am sorry to hear this is happening when you are trying to access the EE app.
You have done the right thing by deleting the app and trying to redownload.
Does this error occur when you try to log in or simply when you open the app?
Are you able to log in to your My EE online OK?
