Online upgrade/black friday deals page doesn't work

Overlord_42
Explorer

The EE upgrades page is poorly designted and doesnt function as is expected.

The normal upgrades page is buggy logs you out then asks you to log back in, dont know why. then as you get to checkout it crashes.

The black friday page is even worse it is almost impossible to buy what you want as the website will make you run around putting in PAC codes even though you are already an ee costumer with an ee number, then it will ask you to call the 1hour help line.

Very confusing i have missed the deal i wanted and am now very unhappy.

I Know many others have had this problem and its very much not the old reliable and user frendly ee I joined 5 years ago.

Is this an ee bot cus the fact that it just sent me 2 broken hyper links says it all

Nope it's not a "bot", but a fellow customer.

The link works fine on my end and loads the EE store page and gives the option to log in to upgrade.

That's the point! It's not broken from here. Go figure! & it was only a single link.
