viewing and switching between multiple mobile accounts - how do you do it?

You used to have an option to switch accounts, i can't see this and only seem to be able to see one mobile account - the first one i set-up.
I went through the manage numbers option and tried to add my other number, but it tells me it is already linked.
Am i missing something obvious?

On the Home page where you see your 1st no. there is a drop-down to all the others.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I have this exact same issue; it's my EE login, I have 2 accounts linked to it, the first account has a watch plan and a phone plan, the second account has my phone plan linked.
When trying to upgrade, I can see the first account (and the two devices, watch and phone), but can't get to my phone, or even find out how to switch to my account number with my phone plan on it.
I really want to upgrade while the black Friday sales are on, phone lines are so busy. It's just frustrating!

Welcome to the community.
Is there a dropdown option on the EE online desktop site? You should be able to switch between each number and look at the upgrade options.

Hi, thank you for the reply.
The link to the desktop site you supplied, takes me to my account where I do indeed have a drop down, with all 3 devices in the list. However when I visit My shop the drop down at the top only lists two devices (the one I want to upgrade isn't there).
No matter what combination of pages I visit, I can't seem t upgrade the device (sim only) I want.
