Hi all,

does anyone know how to get online help chat with EE I’m getting messages for a free upgrade but my account has been cancelled after my previous contract while with an existing contract I’ve tried to pair device to the account why registered with another number I’m expecting this to be from the store staff but even tho EE has confirmed paired device to account now my account is still closed but I can’t see any new deals need help

Hi @SC07TXJ 

Please give customer service another call on 150 from your mobile, where a guide can check that only your active account is linked to your online access. 

They will make sure the cancelled account is removed and stop any error.

I have same problem I have a contract but they cancelled my online account so I can’t do this with a contract
