been charged thrice

hello i am outside of the country at the moment, i have always been paying a certain bundle amount monthly, but today when i checked my account and my bank i have been charged three times with a same amount, and to confirm i checked on my ee app it shows my current balance triple of usual amount,

why i have been charged three times also if i cant see any online chat option so that i cam speak some one, plus if i call 150 from abroad will i be charged?
