Hello I received an email saying order succesful and they would update when dispatched however ive still not heard anything.
If my order was declined would it of been done straight away rather than say successful?
Tried ringing but apparently cannot speak to a human and annoyingly no live chat or email availability.

If you cannot check EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Until dispatch your order maybe cancelled.

Ive tried to call them but all options dont let me speak to anyone!

"Successful" doesn't mean "Declined"!
