Online Upgrade Not Working

I have tried to upgrade my phone several times this last week via the website.

 

When I click on the plan I want I then get redirected to https://shop.ee.co.uk/ .

 

I have tried this on multiple browsers and cleared the cache.

 

I have then called EE on 150 and they are unable to give the same offer that is provided on the website.

 

Who can help me?  This is very frustrating!!!

That sounds really unusual. Could you post a link to the plan you're looking for please?

ry same problem. I have also rang thecall  centre and they did not have the offer that was offered online which is very frustrating !!!

am now logging in again to give it 1 last go b4 I start to complain to a manager !!

I am still having the same problem.

 

I click on a link for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.  the offers are presented and which ever I select, it takes me back to the same page,

 

I again have tried this using a variety of devices and browsers also after clearing the cache and the issue is the same.

Please see the picture attached.  When I click on "Choose this plan" I am always routed to  https://shop.ee.co.uk/

Are you logged into your My EE Account at the time of selecting this plan?

 

Does this happen if you choose any plan?

Yes.  I am logged in and it will happen on any plan.
