Trying to early upgrade which both App and Website says is possible. I have picked the Phone and relevant Plan (and extras etc....) but when I press go to check out I get the following immediately.....
'Oops, we need to pause.... We're currently experiencing technical issues which means we can't complete your order online right now.'
I don't wish to phone 150 and waste my life waiting..... I have tried every browser and cleared cookies etc.... but same result everytime. Why am I getting this message? I just want to upgrade.

I can totally appreciate you'd prefer not to call on this one, but if you're seeing this same error regardless of the device or browser used, it's most likely linked with how your online account is set up at our end.
If you give our customer care team a call, an they'll be able to check over how everything is set up at our end.
