Online / EE App Upgrade button does not work

Hello,

 

I'm due for an upgrade and have been trying to do this online and through the app.

 

However, when I get to this page: https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/my-shop and try to click on the 'Upgrade' option it does not work. I can click on 'Shop' and 'Manage account', but not on the middle option which does not respond to click.

 

This happens both through the MyEE phone app and the website.

 

Must be a bug - any thoughts?

Home Page -> Picked For You -> Upgrade Now -> Empty page

 

Doesn't work in Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Across 3 accounts, 3 different phone numbers. Mac, iPhone and Windows. Both in April 2024 and now October 2024. Seems like it's broken for 2-3y assessing from comments above. My contract expired last month so I want to change plan but can't without calling. As every single person obove that is not an option as i wanna compare plans and don't spend time on call. Have job to do.

We can't be sure if the issue you're having is because of the same reason, so I'd recommend calling the team and they can find out why this is happening, so you can upgrade at a time that works for you.
