One of my Phone numbers is missing from myee

I have three phone numbers with EE. One for my son, a work number and a personal number. On the myee app my personal number and account do not appear... Any help would be very much appreciated

Is your work phone a business contract?

A business contract and a personal phone would be on separate accounts.
