I am trying to purchase a ps5 in the store and every time I click on the shop I am getting error code "We cant load this right now" i called EE but they said I cant order over the phone. Is anyone else having similar issues? Its been going on for three days. i have trying deleting and reinstalling app and also logging in from the website.

Please can someone from EE offer a solution to this. I am more than happy to call in and order on phone. Need a solution please.
