So, I just want to update my billing card and for some reason it tells me add a number, but it says that my number already has an account holder. So is it possible to just make this account associated to this number? Because I don't know on who's account this is associated with and I need to update my billing details for me to have service. So can you please help? Thank you

Welcome to the community.
If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove any previous associations to that number so that you can add it.
