I am a new customer. The app didn't show my new order had gone through.
Then I get an email telling me they had set up two accounts.
Today I receive two sim cards. Both on the same account?
The app isn't working now and I have been waiting over an hour on the the contact number. Absolute rubbish. Terrible service. Time to cancel
