Hi I have under maintenance coming up for weeks now and cannot get into my usage etc , have deleted app three times and cleared cache but still not working snd under maintenance please help , I have an iPhone XR

Hello. 

Please check if you need to update the App.  If that doesn't work then use Safari and see if that works.  If the app is up to date and still having issues then I suggest you contact 150

You can text BA to 150 if you need to know your allowance.
