This new app from EE is a reason to leave it is ludicrous now data usage is only shown within the monthly bill cycle and historical use only shows the last bill. Utterly pointless and they’ve clearly made it harder to view any historical data. 6 years a customer and time to leave
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Jonscott34
If you would like to know how much data you would need based on your usage for an upgrade our mobile guides can provide this for you. If you do find you need extra data you can increase the plan for extra data allowance 🙂

Actually not dramatic at all. It is irritating that there is no simple way of viewing historical data use. Why? Simple. The mobile operator, in this case EE, does not want you to easily see that you do not actually require an unlimited data plan at great cost, or that you you don’t need the level you are at and paying for.
Customers have a right to basic information. Data usage, including historical, is basic information. Nothing dramatic about that at all.
Condescension is entirely unbecoming.

Erm I dunno maybe they want to work out an average data use over a longer period so they can make a statistical decision as they may be needing to choose a NEW sim or package with a data plan that best suits their needs.

Here is the link to see your historical usage.
I have no idea why staff or Admin in this community have to be so unhelpful and provide generic advice instead of real world solutions to people’s issues or concerns. You are paid to do a job so do it right.
Here is the solution and proper advice / link to get 3 months history from your mobile just make sure to turn off wifi then click the link below:
https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/usage-since-last-bill#data-allowance
Scroll down and chose “usage history” and you will have the data history you need over the last 3 months.
