Ever since upgrade my service is shockingly bad, tv buffering, smart meter won’t connect and pay as you go meter takes the money out my bank but when I put it in my meter. They then give me a UTCI number to put in manually but I can’t do it on this stupid meter they gave me. DO NOT GET A SMART METER. And when you call them it takes at least 30mins and still nothing happens

@Sj833 : What EE service do you have that is so bad? This isn't your energy co. that supplies your smart meter. I should get in touch with them about it.
