No fingerprint unlock for EE app on iPhone?

Just wondering, as I can't find this option on the iOS version of the EE app, even though it exists on the Android one...

Which iPhone are you using? Not all iPhones allow fingerprint logins (some use faceid instead, some use neither). If yours does, can you use fingerprint login elsewhere?

It's an iPhone SE and the EE app used to use touch ID on it.  My other touch ID-capable apps (MS Outlook, Lebara, WhatsApp etc) are fine.  EE must have broken something when they updated it recently.

@55bb @sb101  if you go to settings>faceID & passcode>other apps is the EE app enable ?

I have the Touch ID/Pass code option, but nothing for other or any specific apps in  there. Just options for the various enrolled fingerprints, on/off etc.

Don't worry it's no big deal. Just a bit inconvenient, but I'll survive having to use a PIN 😊
