Is it just me or have EE updated their website and My EE web pages today?
The UX is awful! It's impossible to find what you need, before the top menu bar was excellent and provided you access to all areas of the business - now you need to do some digging to find broadband, community and all of the other usual areas of the website.

I've been told that *currently* it's the first initial of your registered email address. You may be able to let me know if that rings true. It does for mine.

My initial is A for my email, username etc but it’s showing as P. I assumed it was P for Profile.

Yes, @Christopher_G , I confirm it is 1st initial of all my EE email addys. It would have been far clearer to have been a person icon.

Anyway, my main gripe was the lack of menu bar 😂 I can’t figure out how to get anywhere now.

The menu bar in the top left gives you an option for 'Home' where you see the options for 'Billing & payments', 'Plans & Subscriptions and 'Orders', @Alex_M
Funnily enough, when I log in on my mobile browser, it shows 'P' like yours and not 'G' that shows correctly when I'm on my laptop.

Does the mixture of 'Plans & Subscriptions' mean that the same MyEE may now include both contract & PAYG nos.?

I haven't been made aware of any changes like that, @XRaySpeX.
It seems that a few different areas of the old-style My EE options have been merged into three. An area to manage your bills & payments, an area to manage the plan, subscriptions, and other account options, then an area to track your orders.

Katie: give that you presumably forwarded this to the relevant team in July and the website in October is still awful (unbelievably bad actually) could you give an update on what is happening to improve it?
